Take Presence of Mind rune; using only W to clear waves, mana is generally sufficient. Recommended build order: Kraken Slayer, Infinity Edge, Lord Dominik's Regards, Navori Quickblades. This gives you earlier power to control the game, fitting the frequent skirmishes in mid game on CN servers. If you choose Essence Reaver + Navori Quickblades, you need to reach 4 items or full build to be effective, suitable for smurfing or when far ahead.
