Matchup plan

Take one attack speed shard for easier last hitting. Prioritize Lost Chapter over Hextech Alternator. Mana determines subsequent trades; Lost Chapter provides decent damage and sustain. Consider Mercury's Treads, but in solo queue, if the enemy team composition doesn't justify it, you may not need them.

Akali vs Lissandra · Mid lane matchup

01

Core game plan

Akali has to play passively against Lissandra. Before level 6, you can trade, but after 6, Lissandra has her ultimate and it's hard to kill her. Wait for your jungler.

How a strong Lissandra player plays

  1. 1

    Level 2 W Lockdown

Lissandra will bait your level 1 Q, then E forward to last hit, hitting level 2 and using W to lock you down with Ignite. Don't waste Q at level 1.

  2. 2

    Bait E with Q Range

After 6, Lissandra will intentionally give Q range to bait your E, then have a teammate nearby to counter. Don't E recklessly.

  3. 3

    Reliable CC with Jungler

Lissandra will let the wave push to her, then set up ganks with W. Don't push without vision.
