Matchup plan

Taste of Blood rune heals about 20 HP per trade, enabling healthy trades. Cheap Shot rune requires E slow before auto-attack to trigger; direct E hit does not trigger it. Against Twisted Fate, choose Arcane Comet and Mercury's Treads for consistent trades and reduced CC risk. Both Arcane Comet and Electrocute are viable, depending on playstyle. Hwei should build Torch instead of Rocketbelt, and get Mercury's Treads. Prioritize Lost Chapter first, then consider Rocketbelt. When Twisted Fate builds movement speed items, Hwei should not build Rocketbelt as it's already disadvantageous. With Electrocute, build Horizon Focus for ability haste.
