    Lissandra will poke you with Q. After she uses Q, trade with her directly; without Q, trading is favorable.

    Avoid tower dives when she has ult

    Don't dive her when she has R; it can stun you and heal her, allowing the tower to kill you.

    Watch for E escape or roam

    She will use E to escape over walls or quickly roam. Keep track of her E cooldown and position.
