Against a Katarina of equal skill, Lux has to play passively. If you spam abilities, she will dash onto you and kill you. You can only trade with auto-attacks and wait for her cooldown windows, which is very passive.

    Dagger pickup cooldown

    After she picks up a dagger, she has a ~1 second cooldown window. Trade or kill during this time.

    Avoid Q dagger landing

    Watch out for her Q dagger on the ground to avoid being poked.
