If your jungler is stronger early, take Electrocute for lane pressure and fast push to limit Galio's roams. If your jungler is weaker, take Phase Rush for survival to avoid being killed by Galio+jungler. Phase Rush is great vs Galio: the movespeed helps dodge his E or reposition for trades. You can also consider First Strike for gold, but early... Build Liandry's Torment and Horizon Focus. Spam small spells to proc Liandry's bonus damage and AP, Horizon Focus is cost-efficient.
