High-level Karma players will hold E for the speed boost, using it the moment they see you throw your hook to dodge, wasting your cooldown.

RQ Poke
She will use RQ to poke you from range, lowering your health so you become hesitant to engage.

When you use W to speed up and get close, she can immediately tether you with W, trading with minion support, putting you at a disadvantage.
