Janna vs Ashe · Support matchup

01

Core game plan

Janna is squishy; once slowed by Ashe, it's hard to escape. After level 6, if Ashe ults you, you're basically dead. You need to outplay with positioning; it's tough at equal skill.

How a strong Ashe player plays

  1. 1

    W Poke Pressure

Ashe will spam W to poke you while you CS; watch your positioning to dodge.

  2. 2

    Ultimate to Lock Down

Ashe holds her ult for when you misposition; she'll combo with jungler or support. Once hit, it's hard to escape.

  3. 3

    Q Slow and Chase

Once Ashe stacks her Q, she slows and sticks to you with Hail of Blades autos; you can't easily disengage.
