Aphelios will quickly stack Press the Attack using his Q and auto-attacks. You risk taking too much damage when stepping out of the bush to last hit.

Freeze Wave for Yuumi
He will slow push the wave and wait for you to return to lane, then pressure you under tower with his Yuumi, possibly even diving.
