Kled doesn't level W at level 2, waiting for you to approach before activating W for burst. He won't fight when W is on cooldown; don't be baited.

Dismounts to Bait Skills
When Kled dismounts, don't rush in. He'll use Q to create distance and instantly level W for a strong trade. Avoid his point-blank autos to prevent remount and counter-kill.
