Against Nasus, take Second Wind to counter poke and sustain. Take Ignite as summoner spell, otherwise it's hard to suppress Nasus's scaling. Starting item depends on Nasus's runes: if he takes Grasp of the Undying or Fleet Footwork, he's not a poke style, so go Doran's Blade for more pressure.

Nasus will spam E to poke you; keep distance and use Second Wind to sustain.

Wither slow and kite
When you pop Ghost, Nasus will Wither you, then E and Q to proc Phase Rush and kite away, preventing you from autoing.

Walk into inner ring after Q to deny heal
After Nasus Q's, he will walk into your inner ring to avoid your outer Q heal.
