Randuin's Omen is the key item to solo kill Tryndamere; after completing it, you can actively look for kills. Against Tryndamere, a hybrid damage build with armor penetration is recommended, with 50% crit chance. This way, even if he builds Randuin's Omen, you can still deal effective damage.

Tryndamere will E in and use his W to trigger your Bone Plating, reducing the damage of his first auto so the trade is even for him.

Dive You at Level 6
Level 6 is Tryndamere's power spike. If he hits 6 first or has good HP, he will dive you. Recall early or save Exhaust.

Heal with Fury to Sustain in Lane
Tryndamere heals more with fury. He pushes and farms early, avoiding all-ins until you get armor items.
