After level 6, K'Sante's kill threshold is high, Gragas can't withstand it. Even if you lose trades, it doesn't matter; hitting Q can secure a kill. W can also block Gragas's ultimate, making it an easy matchup.

How a strong Gragas player plays

    Bait W with R

    Gragas will intentionally throw his R to bait your W, then E into you or disengage after you use W.

    Zone with Q

    He will use Q to block your farming path, forcing you to move, then E in to trade while you last hit.

    Dodge Q with E

    A skilled Gragas will hold his E to dodge your Q, then counterattack after you miss, making trades very favorable.
