How a strong Singed player plays

    Fling You Out of Tower

    Pro Singed will wait for you to last hit, then use E to fling you out of tower range, combining with W to slow you so minions hit you for free.

    Proxy and Push

    He uses Q to poison your wave, forcing you out of tower to fight, then kites you with his passive movespeed.

  3. 3

    W to Block and Slow

    When you use E to pull him, he drops W under you to slow, making it impossible to chase or escape.
