Matchup plan

Take magic resistance runes for survivability. Summoner spells: Flash + Ghost. Ghost can replace Teleport, better for teamfights. First recall buy Sheen. After level 6, you can trade actively. Then build Trinity Force. With item advantage over Yasuo, take plates and look for kills.

How a strong Yasuo player plays

  1. 1

    Early Pressure

Levels 1-2 Yasuo will frequently dash to trade. Keep distance and farm, don't fight; endure until level 3.

  2. 2

    Bait Tornado Counter

When he has tornado, intentionally get hit to trigger Grasp, then trade back because his skills are on cooldown.

  3. 3

    Bait Chase

Pretend to be weak to bait his E, then use Wither, then E+auto+Q. Use his aggression to compensate for your short range.
