How a strong Olaf player plays

    Bait ultimate, then kite

    Good Olafs will wait for you to engage, then use R to cleanse and counter. You must first pretend no interest, then as he last-hits, use Q to zone and force his R, then back off and Exhaust to disengage.

    Slow push to control wave

    Olaf will build a large wave to push into you, preventing you from freezing. You must slow push, which limits your last-hitting and trading opportunities.

  3. 3

    Bait trades with pride

    After gaining advantage, Olaf's high stats will make him trade aggressively due to pride. You need Exhaust and the wave frozen near your tower to bait him into trading and then counter.
