Against Singed, take Grasp of the Undying at level 1. Use minions to stack Grasp, then proc it when Singed walks through the wave. Do not max Stretching Strikes first, as Singed's Fling and Poison Trail can interrupt it. Build teamfight-oriented items; even so, you can easily beat Singed.
